Supplying Raw Milk for Pegah Tehran Dairy

At Pegah Tehran Dairy, the raw milk supply comes from fully industrialized dairies that adhere to the highest sanitary standards. The milk is harvested using automated milking machines, ensuring optimal hygiene and efficiency. After collection, the milk is transported to the Pegah factory in double-walled steel tankers, maintaining proper temperature and cleanliness throughout transit.

Upon arrival at the factory, each raw milk tanker undergoes a rigorous process: the tankers are weighed, the milk is stirred, and samples are collected for thorough laboratory quality testing. To ensure sanitary conditions, Pegah utilizes a CIP (Clean-In-Place) system, which automatically and precisely cleans and disinfects all tankers and storage tanks involved in the process.

Pegah Tehran’s Exceptional Quality with Modern Equipment and Global Standards

Pegah Tehran Dairy upholds its commitment to exceptional quality by utilizing state-of-the-art laboratory equipment and employing experienced specialists. These laboratories control both dairy products and powdered goods according to stringent national and international standards. Only after passing thorough quality inspections and receiving final approval are products released to the market.

Beyond its diverse product range, Pegah Tehran prioritizes consistent product quality, ensuring it meets all regulatory standards. The company has also earned numerous international certifications and accreditations, further solidifying its reputation for excellence in the global dairy industry.
